#2042 How to Relieve Feelings of Sadness and Loneliness in the Age of COVID-19

Instructor: Cynthia Margiotta

If you have been feeling sad, hopeless, isolated, having trouble sleeping, experienced a loss of appetite or just don’t feel like doing the things you used to love, then we need to spend some time together. During this time together we will go over ways to deal with these problems to help you get back to a more satisfying mind set during this trying time.

This course is focused on helping seniors that are experiencing sadness, isolation, and hopelessness during this historic time we’re facing. I will be offering different ways to help cope with these feelings and to help get back to a more empowering state of mind through worksheets, videos, and discussion.
